Cancellation terms

We know it’s sometimes difficult to plan long time in asvance. That’s why we are happy to offer you the possibility of cancelling your reservation. However a fee will be retained as written in the following chart..

• Before May 20th, 2010: a flat fee of € 10 will be kept.
  

After this deadline, cancellation rights will be fixed as follows :

• Between May 21st and June 20th, 2010: 10% of the amount of your inscription
• Between June 21st and July 20th, 2010: 25% of the amount of your inscription
• Between July 21st and August 20th, 2010: 50% of the amount of your inscription
• Between August 21st and September 20th, 2010: 75% of the amount of your inscription
• After September 20th the amount of the inscriptions will no longer be refond.
  

Be present in our program !

Send us your finalized ad in any current numerical format ( pdf or other) with its corresponding fee.

Any ads which will require additionnal work and any printed lay out will be subject to a supplementary  charge of € 30.

We can offer you an on-site accommodation in one of the Disneyland® Paris hotels, at a preferential rate. Don’t delay as we have only a limited number of rooms available.

In order to get these rates, you must complete your reservation on line at the following address.

During your stay at Disney’s hotels, you’ll have access to a free parking lot for the duration of the convention. Otherwise, you’ll have to park at Disney’s village for a fee of € 11 a day.

• By car
  A4 Motorway (autoroute de l'Est), Exit 14 "Marne-la-Vallée / Parcs Disney" Bailly-Romainvilliers".
• From Paris
  From the centre of Paris, follow the directions towards “Bercy” or “the “Porte de Bercy” from the peripherique (ring road). At "Porte de Bercy" take the A4 motorway in the direction of Nancy / Metz. Exit 14 is approximately 20 miles (32 km).
• From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle International Airport
  Follow the signs to "Paris", then "Marne-la-Vallée" and turn onto the A104 motorway (la Francilienne). After approximately 16 miles (27 km) turn off the A104 onto the A4 motorway in the direction of Metz- Nancy. Exit 14 is approximately 6 miles (10 km).
• From Orly International Airport
  Follow the signs to "Paris" and then "Créteil" on the A86 motorway. After 7 miles (11 km), turn onto the A4 and follow the direction to Metz- Nancy. Exit 14 is 17.5 miles (28 km).
• Taxis
  The journey from the airports or from the centre of Paris is approximately 45 minutes. Taxis are capable of carrying up to four passengers.
• Parking
  Our clients benefit from complimentary parking at the hotels and the Convention Centre

• By train
  Station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy", situated close to the entrance to the Theme Parks and the Resort hotels.
  
  TGV (High-speed train), TGV International, Eurostar
  Direct trains to the station "Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy" from 30 major French and European cities. Please refer to the map on page 2 for approximate travelling time.
  
  RER (Regional express network)
  Take line A of the RER, direction "Marne- la- Vallée / Chessy". Trains leave approximately every 10 minutes. The journey from Paris takes around 40 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle bus from the Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy station to our Resort hotels..
• By plane
  Airport shuttle bus leaves every 45 minutes.
  There is a regular direct shuttle bus service (VEA) to the Disneyland® Paris hotels from Orly and Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle International airports. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Tickets may be purchased from the driver upon boarding the bus.

We will be announcing  the different events and participants of this 44th edition of our convention as soon as possible.

Be aware of the following:

• Foreigners and non residents don’t need any sponsor of any kind ; they will be admitted to compete only for the "Grand Prix", 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in any category, but not for the French championship.
• Following the regulations which will be sent to you, once your inscription is confirmed , you’ll have to send a complete video of your act.
  (caution: sendonly the act you intend to compete with. Further modifications shouldn’t exceed 40%).
  This video will only be viewed by members of the selection committee and will never be used for any other purposes.
  The committee will select the participants and its decision will be final.
• If you are selected, then, you’ll be allowed to take part in the competition, if your registration form is already filled and  your video sent before the deadline.
• You agree to have read and understood the competition rules, available here under.
